Foremost, we request that guests show respect for the village Sheshedar, its residents, and our friends, as well as our home as it is a place we cherish.

The terms are as follows:

Letting Period:

• The letting period is from 4 p.m. Saturday until 10 a.m. the following Saturday. We take only full and multiple week lets from Saturday to Saturday.

Payment:

• A £300 deposit must be paid to confirm the booking, the balance is due 4 weeks from the date you are due to arrive.  If you book less than four weeks from your arrival time then payment must be made in full at the time of booking.  All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

Damage:

• Any damage caused by the guests or a third party during your stay at Onadune will be the sole responsibility of the guest. The guest will be expected to pay for any replacement items or repair costs to the property including its contents per on-line registration.

Damage Deposit:

• A £300 damage deposit is required for each week of your rental. The deposit will be held in escrow and will be returned after an inspection of the property upon your departure.

Pets:

• Our general policy is no pets allowed in the home.

Smoking:

• Smoking is not permitted.

Rates:

• November to March: £450
• April to October: £600
• Prices shown are for one week and includes VAT (value-added tax).

Check-In/Check-Out:

• Weekly lettings start at 4 p.m. Saturday until 10 a.m. the following Saturday. We only take whole week lets.
